Zopent 40 mg Tablets

Zopent 40 mg Tablets contain Pantoprazole, a proton pump inhibitor used for the treatment of acid-related gastrointestinal disorders such as gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), peptic ulcer disease, and Zollinger–Ellison syndrome, works by reducing gastric acid secretion in the stomach, helping relieve heartburn, acid reflux, and promoting healing of gastric and duodenal ulcers, manufactured by CCL.

Dosage:
Usual dose is 40 mg once daily before meals or as prescribed by the physician, swallow the tablet whole with water, duration of treatment depends on the medical condition and physician’s advice.

Side Effects:
Common: headache, diarrhea, nausea, abdominal pain, dizziness,
Less common / serious: vitamin B12 deficiency with prolonged use, low magnesium levels, allergic reactions, severe skin reactions,
Precautions: use with caution in patients with severe liver disease, avoid long-term use without medical supervision, consult physician if symptoms persist.
