Telsarta 40 mg Tablets contain Telmisartan U.S.P, an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) used for the treatment of hypertension and for reducing cardiovascular risk, helps relax blood vessels, lower blood pressure, and improve blood flow, thereby reducing the risk of heart attack, stroke, and kidney complications in patients with high blood pressure and diabetes.
Dosage:
The usual dose is 40 mg once daily, or as prescribed by the physician. It may be taken with or without food. Dose adjustment may be required based on blood pressure response and clinical condition.
